Veterans Law

Letter from Founder

Welcome to the CALIFORNIA VETERANS RIGHTS CENTER in Riverside, California. If you are a California based veteran who has been injured, or deprived of a benefit and you are in need of aggressive legal services by an experienced legal team that knows how to fight, then the CALIFORNIA VETERANS RIGHTS CENTER may be able to help you. The idea for the CALIFORNIA VETERANS RIGHTS CENTER grew out of my own experience as a veteran and former Marine Corps Judge Advocate to get fellow California - based veterans aggressive and quality legal services they can afford.

Our lawyers at the CALIFORNIA VETERANS RIGHTS CENTER are first and foremost fighters. From simply seeking to upgrade a discharge, to fighting with the VA over disability ratings and compensation, litigating a fraud or consumer rights case, pursuing a traumatic brain injury or PTSD case, trying a medical malpractice case, pursuing suits for elder or other abuse inflicted on a veteran, pursuing a discrimination case under USERRA or other laws, or protecting the civil rights of veterans, to name a few, our team is driven, focused, and disciplined to do our very best for the California veteran.

We are committed to giving top notch and second to none legal services to California based veterans in need. Fighting for fellow California veterans and military servicemembers, that's what we do. In addition to this website, you can learn more about our experience and work by going to Should you seek a consultation about your case, please contact us, and a lawyer will call you directly.
